28-year old American center Henry Ellenson (208-C-1997) had a very impressive game in the last round for Wonju DB and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 50.
He had a double-double of 39 points and 20 rebounds, while his team beat KCC Egis (#6, 28-26) 109-101. Wonju DB is placed at 3rd position in South Korean league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Wonju DB will need more victories to improve their 33-21 record. In the team's last game Ellenson had a remarkable 70.6% from 2-point range. He turned to be Wonju DB's top player in his first season with the team. Marquette University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Ellenson is in league's top in points (2nd best: 21.8ppg), rebounds (6th best: 9.2rpg) and averages solid 53.5% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Ricardo Ratliffe (203-F-1989) of Daegu KoGas Pegasus. He is naturalized American forward in his first season at Daegu. In the last game Ratliffe recorded an impressive double-double of 27 points and 16 rebounds. Of course Daegu cruised to a 80-73 relatively comfortable win over slightly higher-ranked Seoul Thunders (#9, 17-37). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Daegu dropped in the standings to very bottom position. 38 lost games are too many comparing to just sixteen victories Daegu managed to get this year. Ratliffe is a newcomer at Daegu and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Kerem Kanter (208-F/C-1995) of Seoul Samsung Thunders (#9). Kanter showcased his all-around game by recording 27 points, 13 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. Despite Kanter's great performance the Samsung Thunders lost 73-80 to slightly lower-ranked Daegu (#10, 16-38). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Seoul Thunders not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 37 games, recording just seventeen victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Kanter could try to bring Seoul Thunders' a little bit higher in the standings. Kanter has individually a great season in South Korea. After 54 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.3ppg (9th best) and rebounds with 9.1rpg (7th best).
